I have been training with Leon from Courage International for the last 8 years. I work out twice per week for an hour after work. It is the longest period of my life where I have exercised consistently and it did not take too long to feel the improvement in my well being. As a doctor I understand the valuable health benefits of a regular exercise programme . On a personal level, I have enjoyed feeling stronger and having a higher level of cardiac fitness. At work it has increased my concentration and stamina. When I go on holidays I find I can really enjoy myself, walking about seeing the sights or even doing more active things like skiing or bushwalking. It doesn’t matter how old you are or how fat you or how hopeless you think you might be, Leon can tailor something to suit you and has a great manner that is encouraging and supportive.
